Senior Associate, Customer Experience – Driving Industry-Leading Customer Experience Initiatives at arenaflex

As one of our core operations teams, Customer Experience, we design, manage, and operate arenaflex's large and growing global network of support centers. We're looking for a talented Senior Associate to join our team and lead the strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives for our DashPass subscribers as well as our most loyal and active customers.
About the Role
As a Senior Associate, Customer Experience, you will report into our Consumer Experience Lead and be responsible for leading the strategic planning to drive industry-leading customer experience initiatives. This includes reporting out on core success metrics, developing strategies to optimize those metrics, and leading cross-functional teams to implement those strategies in a timely and impactful manner. You will be the driving force behind creating a seamless and exceptional customer experience, and your work will have a direct impact on our customers' satisfaction and loyalty.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with teams within customer experience, and our product, engineering, and tools teams to improve processes and the resulting customer experience for our customers - Produce, dig into, and use data and insights to identify opportunities to improve speed, quality, effectiveness, and customer experience - Accomplish your recommendations from start to finish, from digging into Excel/SQL to creating a budget to implementing timelines, aligning partners, testing ideas, achieving, and measuring results - Partner with support and company-level leadership to guide priority projects

Compensation and Perks
- Base Pay: The base pay for this position ranges from our lowest geographical market up to our highest geographical market within the United States, with a range of $74,800—$110,000 USD. - Paid Time Off: For salaried roles, you'll receive flexible paid time off/vacation, plus 80 hours of paid sick time per year. For hourly roles, you'll accrue vacation and paid sick time based on your hours worked. - Benefits: We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision benefits, 11 paid holidays, disability and basic life insurance, family-forming assistance, and a mental health program, among others.
