Key Responsibilities
As a Full Stack Customer Service Agent, you will be responsible for:
- Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and effective manner
- Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks, including data entry, order processing, and customer communication
- Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to upgrade customer experiences and drive revenue growth
- Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a deep understanding of our offerings
- Escalating customer dissatisfaction with managerial teams to ensure prompt resolution and customer satisfaction
- Ensuring first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling techniques
Candidate Qualifications
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated individuals who possess the following qualities:
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Basic understanding of Windows operating system
- Highly reliable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and punctuality
- Ability to evaluate, troubleshoot, and follow-up on customer issues
- Aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation
- Customer service-oriented (empathetic, responsive, patient, and conscientious)
- Ability to multi-task, stay focused, and self-manage

Physical Requirements
This role operates in a professional office environment, and the employee will be required to:
- Sit/stand for long periods while using a computer and telephone headset
