Job Summary

As a Slovak-speaking Customer Service Consultant, you'll be responsible for providing technical support to equipment users, diagnosing and resolving technical problems, and providing information on products and their functionality. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that customers receive the best possible service, and you'll have the opportunity to grow and develop your skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide technical support to equipment users via phone, email, or chat

  • Diagnose and resolve technical problems in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide information on products and their functionality to customers
  • Enter requests into the system to ensure accurate tracking and follow-up
  • Collaborate with the team to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Fluency in Slovak (B2/C1)

  • Excellent command of English (B1/B2)
  • Basic knowledge of operating household appliances (e.g. refrigerator, washing machine, TV)
  • Smile, positive attitude, communicative, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to type quickly on a computer keyboard
  • Availability for at least 120 hours per month; Project hours: Mon–Fri 8:00-18:00

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service or technical support

  • Knowledge of home appliances and RTV equipment
  • Familiarity with CRM software and customer service systems
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills and Competencies

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
  • Strong typing skills and proficiency in computer software
