Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Chat Support Agent, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional live chat support to our customers in English and Portuguese. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering Incoming Customer Live Chats: Respond promptly and accurately to customer inquiries, resolving website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns.
  • Evaluating Customer Interactions: Assess customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary, ensuring seamless issue resolution.
  • Building Relationships: Foster strong relationships with new customers, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to meet their expectations.
  • Promoting Client Products and Services: Effectively communicate the value of arenaflex's offerings, promoting interest and driving sales while consistently meeting performance standards.
  • Maintaining a Positive Image: Project a professional and positive image at all times, reflecting arenaflex's commitment to excellence.
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work as needed, and contributing to the overall success of the team.

Required Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: A minimum educational requirement, demonstrating your ability to learn and grow.
  • Customer Service Experience: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building strong relationships.
