About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, interacting with our members through inbound phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing exceptional service to our members, addressing their concerns, and offering meaningful solutions
• Proactively offering valuable products and services to enhance our members' experience
• Actively listening and engaging with members and fellow team members with a "can-do" attitude
• Operating in a fluid environment, adapting to changing situations, and seeking coaching and development opportunities to grow and improve
• Demonstrating excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and proficiency in using computers for data entry and complex navigation

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 1 year of prior customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
• Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal, and listening abilities
• Ability to multi-task and perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using computers for data entry and complex navigation
• A flexible, "can-do" attitude to navigate our ever-changing environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test

Work Environment

As a Customer Service Representative, you will have the opportunity to work from home, Monday through Friday, 10:15 am to 7:00 pm, with every third Saturday from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm. You will also have a day off during the week. Our training program is approximately 17 weeks long and is 100% onsite, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm.
