QUALIFICATIONS

• Licensing Requirements: Must obtain Property & Casualty (P&C) license before starting and Life & Health (L&H) license within 30 days of hire.

  • Sales Experience: Prior experience in sales is preferred, with a proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage and educate clients, including the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
