Job Summary

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, you will be the face of arenaflex, providing fast, friendly, and personalized service to our customers. You will be responsible for assessing customer needs, providing product information, and making recommendations to drive sales growth. Your exceptional communication skills, product knowledge, and sales acumen will enable you to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and provide assistance

  • Learn about products using arenaflex tools and provide information to customers to sell an entire project
  • Greet, qualify, recommend, and close every customer in your department, and know how to handle basics in adjacent departments
  • Maintain the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-able, and safe
  • Provide a safe working and shopping environment by following all safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, immediately correcting hazards & unsafe conditions or reporting conditions to the Manager on Duty
  • Work in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department as well as other departments
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the success of your team
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and vendors
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, promotions, and sales strategies to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or related environment
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
  • Strong product knowledge and sales acumen
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a home improvement or retail environment

  • Knowledge of arenaflex products and services
  • Sales or customer service certifications
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
