We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Remote Customer Retention Specialist. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, resolving issues, and driving sales growth. As a Remote Customer Retention Specialist, you'll be the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and issues. Your key responsibilities will include:- Handling incoming calls on all customer service-related inquiries, order changes, status updates, and cancellations with empathy and a focus on solving any customer problem on the first call.
- Handling customer concerns with empathy and presenting arenaflex in a positive light at all times.
- Utilizing salesmanship to maximize sales opportunities and remaining focused on meeting sales goals and expectations.
- Suggesting products to customers while probing for additional information.
- Providing lighting and home décor solutions that are beneficial to the company and attractive to the customer.
- Preventing customer returns and ensuring customer retention by reasonable negotiations.
- Demonstrating self-confidence and a desire to go the extra mile to take care of the customer from A-Z in order to create a positive customer experience every time.
- Partnering with Management on escalated customer and product issues.
- Identifying trends on issues that may affect customer satisfaction levels and consistently communicating them to management in measurable terms.
- Providing pro-active, consistent follow-up to all customer inquiries, either via phone or email.
- Responding and replying to every customer email the same day.
- Documenting a complete summary of the customers' inquiry, actions taken, and expectations set forth on the respective order.
- Maintaining standards set forth by the company QA program providing the highest quality of service while demonstrating improvements when necessary.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:- A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience or retail background. Call center experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. You must be able to articulate details to customers in a professional and calm manner.
- Computer literacy and the ability to navigate through programs and windows.
- Excellent typing and data entry skills.
- The ability to multi-task, such as talking on the phone and typing notes at the same time.
- Effective problem-solving skills.
- Availability to work Saturdays. Regular job attendance is required in accordance with a regular schedule established for the position by the supervisor.
- Able to provide and maintain High-Speed Internet connection that meets arenaflex's Internet Department requirements at all times to maintain employment.
