Job Summary

As a Customer Service Advisor with German, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer service support to our clients via phone, email, and other channels. You'll work closely with our clients to understand their needs, resolve their issues, and promote our products and services. This is a full-time, remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the world.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Advisor with German, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing assistance to customers via phone, email, and other channels, responding to their inquiries, and resolving their issues efficiently
  • Delivering technical support, including internet speed tests, troubleshooting, and router installations
  • Addressing contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently
  • Handling and processing customer complaints with empathy and professionalism
  • Promoting and selling additional products, such as mobile contracts, after resolving service issues
  • Working closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement effective customer service strategies
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Service-oriented thinking with a focus on customer experience
  • Fluency in German (minimum C1 level)
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Administrative and technical knowledge, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a high level of adaptability and flexibility
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Language Requirements

English and German are the primary languages spoken in our company, and proficiency in both languages is required for this role. If you're a native German speaker or have a high level of proficiency in the language, we'd love to hear from you.

Time Type

This is a full-time, remote position, with a flexible schedule that allows you to work from anywhere in the world. You'll be required to work 5 days per week, with 2 weekends per month, and 8.5 hours per day (7.5 hours of work + 30 minutes paid break + 30 minutes unpaid break). Shifts will be between 7:00-23:00, and you'll be required to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Training and Development

As a new hire, you'll participate in a comprehensive training program, which will last for 4 weeks. During this time, you'll learn about our company, our products and services, and our customer service principles and practices. You'll also receive ongoing training and development opportunities, to enhance your skills and knowledge and support your career growth.
