Key Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative – Insurance Sales and Service, you will be responsible for:
- Selling and servicing a variety of insurance policies in a supportive inside sales environment.
- Providing exceptional service by clearly explaining the features and benefits of various policies to clients.
- Liaising with underwriters to bind coverage and handle administrative tasks like paperwork and policy renewals.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with prospects and policyholders.
- Adapting to changing workloads and competing demands while overcoming objections and closing sales.
Essential Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Customer Service or Insurance Sales Experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of the insurance industry is a plus
- Valid Limited Lines or Property & Casualty License in Texas (highly preferred, but not required)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bilingual (Spanish/English) is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset
- Basic computer knowledge with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
