Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Remote Chat Support Specialist to join our team. As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will contribute to market research projects by participating in various tasks such as survey design, focus group participation, hands-on product testing, and other office administration tasks. You will work on crafting questions, inputting and analyzing data, and offering feedback to help businesses assess potential product success. This is a part-time to full-time opportunity that offers the chance to work from home and participate in shaping business strategies.

Key Responsibilities

* Participate in market research projects by contributing to survey design, focus group participation, hands-on product testing, and other office administration tasks

  • Craft questions, input data, and analyze results to help businesses assess potential product success
