Experienced Customer Care Specialist – Mobile Banking App Support

We're now seeking a highly skilled Customer Care Specialist to join our team in India (m/f/d). As a key member of our support team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving product improvement, and building trustful relationships with our users.
What You'll Do
As a Customer Care Specialist at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing top-notch customer support via chat and email, guiding users through our mobile banking app and ensuring they have an exceptional experience in English
- Serving as the voice of our customers, sharing their feedback, and reporting issues to help us improve our product and services
- Collaborating with various teams to drive product development and have a direct impact on our offerings
- Representing arenaflex and building trustful relationships with our customers through exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess:
- Demonstrated expertise in customer support or service, with a preference for experience in the banking or financial services industry and dealing with European-based SMEs (Small Medium Enterprises)
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills to tackle complex customer issues
- Good observational skills to identify areas for process and product improvement
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, including both verbal and written proficiency in English
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Comprehensive knowledge of SME banking products, services, and processes
- Ability to work within the CEST time zone, committing to 40 hours per week, distributed as 8 hours per day, excluding a 1-hour lunch break
- You'll need to be based in the Philippines
- Bring your own device – you'll need to work with your own, private laptop and ensure a stable internet connection
