As a Live Chat Support Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Support Agent at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to our clients via live chat, resolving issues, and driving customer satisfaction
  • Monitoring and responding to customer inquiries in a timely manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Solving customer problems and resolving issues
  • Upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Tracking and reporting customer interactions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills (MS Office, PLM, SAP basis)
  • Experience in customer support (minimum 1 year)
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Familiarity with live chat software and customer support platforms
