Key Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Answering incoming client calls, taking messages, and verifying all information in a timely and accurate manner
- Scheduling patient appointments as requested
- Dispatching calls to the appropriate medical practice following proper protocol
- Representing our clients professionally and providing courteous service during incoming calls
- Utilizing critical thinking and problem-solving skills to address client issues in the most efficient way possible
How You'll Perform Essential Functions:
* 80% of your work will be performed via real-time/live conversations with clients via telephone and chat
- All work will be performed via computer, using various software programs, including Google suite of products, Salesforce CRM, JIRA ticketing system, and Office Practicum EHR
- Telephone will be used in all client interactions
Requirements:
* Excellent communication skills, including written and speaking skills
- Ability to work independently and/or with a team
- Attention to detailed information on computer screen
- Ability to correctly spell medical terminology
- Ability to multitask and be flexible
- Active listening skills – strong proficiency
- Strong computer skills
- Ability to type 35-40 wpm
- The ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
Education and Certifications:
* High school or equivalent (preferred)
