Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the Service Center Manager in resolving customer inquiries and concerns
- Taking and delivering messages for the Service Center Manager and Account Managers
- Providing exceptional support to our drivers, ensuring seamless communication and efficient operations
- Preparing bills of lading and delivery receipts with accuracy and attention to detail
- Maintaining excellent communication with external and internal customers, as well as interline companies
- Collaborating with the team to achieve customer satisfaction and operational excellence
Additional Responsibilities
You may be asked to assist with various tasks, including:
- Payroll processing and administration
- Data entry and record-keeping
- Freight reports and driver collect reports
- Billing and filling
- Other administrative duties as needed
Qualifications and Skills
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent keyboarding skills and attention to detail
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of phone calls
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills, with a focus on empathy and problem-solving
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications would be an asset:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or transportation industry
- Familiarity with freight management systems and processes
- Certification in customer service or a related field
- Bilingual or multilingual skills

Starting Pay and Compensation
