Responsibilities
As a Delivery Driver and Customer Service Technician, you'll have a variety of responsibilities that will keep your days exciting and engaging. Some of your key duties will include:
- Merchandise Delivery and Setup: Drive a company vehicle for deliveries, pickups, and service of merchandise, ensuring that our customers receive their products safely and efficiently. Set up and demonstrate merchandise in customer homes, providing a professional and courteous experience.
- Sales and Customer Service: Assist customers on the sales floor, take rental payments, and help locate products for customers at other locations. Greet customers when they enter the store, thank and invite them back as they exit, and provide exceptional customer service.
- Miscellaneous: Assist in keeping the store and parking lot clean and orderly, presenting a professional environment. Perform routine preventive maintenance on the company vehicle to ensure your safety on the road.
- Collection Process: Assist in the collection process when needed, helping to ensure that our customers receive the products they need.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:
- No CDL required
- At least 20 years of age
- Valid in-state driver's license
- Clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
