Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to work as a Customer Service Call Center Representative. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent service to our clients. This is a remote position, and you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering phone calls from potential and existing customers, asking specific questions to determine the reason for the call, and transferring to the appropriate department
  • Handling a high volume of calls (200+ daily) with a positive and enthusiastic attitude
  • Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilizing computer applications to access customer information and resolve issues
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of calls
  • Basic knowledge of computer applications and software
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude with a desire to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Computer Equipment Requirements

As a remote worker, you will be required to provide your own equipment that meets the following specifications:

  • Intel I3 processor or higher (I3, I5, I7)
  • AMD Athlon Silver or Ryzen 3 processor or higher
  • Minimum of 8GB RAM installed
  • Functional USB Headset
  • Ethernet port for a wired internet connection
  • Minimum internet speed of 25 Mbps (download and upload)
  • Candidate must have a minimum of 25mbps upload and 25mbps download. Run internet speed test at www.speedtest.net

Training Schedule

Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role. The training schedule will include:

  • Monday through Friday from 12:30 PM to 8:00 PM (training period)
  • Monday through Friday from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 8:30 PM (nesting period)

Performance Metrics

Your performance will be evaluated based on the following metrics:

  • Schedule Adherence: 95%+
  • Aftercall Work (ACW): Less than 4 seconds
  • Call Accuracy: Regular audits to ensure proper script following and correct actions taken during calls

Screening and Onboarding

To ensure a smooth onboarding process, you will be required to complete the following:

  • Screenings and drug tests within 48 hours of an offer
  • All screenings must be completed by Monday before the candidate's start date

Attendance Policy

To ensure a high level of customer satisfaction, you will be required to adhere to the following attendance policy:

  • Candidates cannot be absent during the first 6 weeks of their assignment
