Responsibilities
As a Bilingual (Spanish and English) Licensed Property and Casualty Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Actively listening to customers and asking questions to identify their needs
- Advising on plan options, coverages, and pricing to ensure customers receive the best possible solutions
- Processing new and/or amended enrollments with accuracy and efficiency
- Ensuring clients' customers enjoy authentic and positive experiences
- Delivering expert customer experiences with a smile, even in high-pressure situations
- Working with both English and Spanish speaking customers to provide tailored advice and support
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1+ years of customer service experience, preferably in the insurance industry
- An active Personal Lines or Property and Casualty resident insurance license
- The ability to communicate fluently in both Spanish and English (a language proficiency test will be required)
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking and the ability to adapt to new technologies
- A passion for helping others and a patient, empathetic nature
- The ability to pass a background check
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence
Nice-to-Haves
While not required, the following skills and qualifications are highly desirable:
- Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
- Knowledge of insurance products and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
