Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative & Scheduler at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Responding promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email, and chat, ensuring high-quality customer support within 1 hour.
- Assisting customers with product information, order processing, and troubleshooting issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our office system, ensuring seamless communication and data management.
- Conducting outbound calling as necessary to follow up on customer inquiries or provide additional support, demonstrating a proactive approach to customer satisfaction.
- Collaborating with team members to resolve complex customer issues and help in the scheduling process effectively, promoting a culture of teamwork and problem-solving.
