Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service/Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for consulting with clients, explaining the benefits we offer, and helping them select the most suitable plan for their family's needs. Key Responsibilities

* Reach out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer, and schedule Zoom meetings to discuss their needs and preferences.

  • Customize new benefit plans and adjust existing plans to ensure they meet the current requirements of each client.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients, providing attentive customer service and administrative support as needed.
  • Perform benefit reviews for existing clients, addressing any claims or adjustments that may be necessary.
  • Respond to and resolve client questions and concerns regarding their benefits, ensuring that all documentation is accurate and complete.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution.

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in a remote work environment, with a strong ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a focus on finding creative solutions to complex challenges.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite, with experience using CRM software and other productivity tools.

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in the insurance or benefits industry, with a strong understanding of supplemental benefits and their applications.

  • Familiarity with Zoom and other video conferencing platforms, with a strong ability to navigate technical issues and troubleshoot problems.
  • Certification in customer service, sales, or a related field, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP).
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a strong ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
