Job Summary

As a Process Associate on our Pricing Analytics & Operations team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our operations. You'll be responsible for auditing and improving processes, identifying emerging trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

* Audit and track quality metrics of assigned processes to ensure accuracy and efficiency

• Identify emerging process performance trends and suggest process improvements to drive operational excellence
• Collaborate with business, automation, and technology teams to implement process improvements and drive system enhancements
• Develop and maintain process documentation and training materials to ensure seamless handovers and knowledge sharing
• Analyze data and metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop recommendations for process enhancements
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business, operations, analytics)

• 2+ years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect and analyze data to drive insights
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in work

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

• Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean)

• Certification in process improvement or a related field (e.g., Six Sigma, CPM)
