Job Summary
As a Portuguese Speaking Airline Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the support they need for a smooth travel experience. You'll be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to airline passengers in Portuguese, assisting customers with questions regarding bookings, cancellations, and travel-related concerns, and efficiently resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Requirements
