Responsibilities

As a Logistics Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing orders for assigned customers with accuracy and efficiency
  • Providing timely and accurate communication to customers, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded
  • Daily follow-up on open orders to ensure timely resolution and minimize delays
  • Monitoring delays, interruptions, and rush orders, and adjusting processes accordingly to meet deadlines
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure export and packaging planning schedules are met, and customer products are processed within the requested lead time
  • Resolving ad-hoc internal and external issues through effective problem-solving and communication
  • Improving efficiency of processes from a quality, cost, and timing perspective, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Participating in the preparation of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and stock analysis to inform business decisions
  • Acting as a backup for colleagues when needed, ensuring seamless support and coverage
  • Maintaining close and transparent communication with all teams on a daily basis
  • Active participation in weekly internal and external meetings to stay informed and aligned with business objectives
  • Participating in required training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to all client work and safety rules, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment

Additional Job Skills

* Minimum 2 years of logistics experience, with a strong understanding of logistics processes and procedures

  • Proficiency in Excel, with experience in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to live within 40 minutes of the arenaflex facility, with a reliable means of transportation
  • Proactive and customer-focused approach, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Familiarity with SAP and EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) systems, with experience in using these tools to streamline logistics processes
