Responsibilities
As a Part-time Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for: - Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our products and services, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. - Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments, capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, and summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review. - Developing and maintaining a comprehensive knowledge base of our evolving products and services, staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments. - Collaborating with our cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and effective issue resolution. - Adapting to changing priorities and workflows, demonstrating flexibility and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need: - Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it is preferred). - Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and navigate multiple systems simultaneously. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a positive and professional demeanor. - Ability to adapt to change and thrive in a quick-paced work environment. - Strong problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. - Ability to work 4-hour time blocks daily, with flexible scheduling after completion of training. - Must be able to attend 4 weeks of training full-time, Tuesday-Saturday, between the hours of 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM CST. - Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above being preferred.

- Must be able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. - Must be able to maintain a high level of productivity and accuracy in a fast-paced environment. - Must be able to work effectively in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and communication. - Must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information with discretion.
