Key Responsibilities

- Completing a variety of tasks, known as HITs (Human Intelligence Tasks), in a timely and accurate manner. Tasks can range from simple data entry jobs to more complex analytical tasks.
- Reviewing instructions provided with each HIT and ensuring understanding before beginning work.
- Adhering to quality standards set by requesters and maintaining a high task approval rate.
- Keeping track of your completed tasks and earnings.
- Continually learning and adapting to new tasks and requesters.
- Collaborating with clients and colleagues to resolve issues and drive success.
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients and colleagues alike.
Requirements
To succeed as a Customer Success Associate, you'll need:
