As a Customer Support Assistant, you'll play a vital role in resolving customer issues related to orders or cart abandonment, contacting suppliers to follow up on order issues or product questions, and supporting our e-commerce manager with communication that requires phone calls. Responsibilities - Customer Support: Call customers to resolve issues related to orders or cart abandonment, ensuring a positive experience and minimizing cart abandonment rates. - Supplier Communication: Contact suppliers to follow up on order issues or product questions, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring timely resolution. - E-commerce Support: Support our e-commerce manager by handling communication that requires phone calls, providing exceptional support and ensuring seamless operations. - Process Improvement: Occasionally suggest process improvements related to customer recovery and communication, contributing to the continuous improvement of our e-commerce processes. Requirements - Organizational Skills: Must be organized, attentive to detail, and comfortable making calls in English. - Availability: Available to take quick tasks during US business hours, without requiring much notice. - Customer Support Experience: Previous experience in customer support (e-commerce experience preferred, but not required). - Adaptability: Comfortable working with evolving tasks and minimal supervision.
