Key Responsibilities:
* Provide a superior level of customer service to all guests/staff entering or on the facility
- Support the goals and objectives of the facility in its efforts to provide quality patient care and patient/staff satisfaction
- Be proactive, flexible, and accommodating with the ability to follow through on guests' requests
- Manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Utilize excellent time management and problem-solving skills to resolve guest concerns and issues
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with guests and staff
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
Essential Qualifications:
* A high school diploma or equivalent is required
- College level business education is preferred
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience in a retail, hotel, or spa environment with cash-handling and reconciliation experience or customer service related field required
- 2 years of professional experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience working in a healthcare setting
- Knowledge of patient care and satisfaction principles
- Familiarity with electronic medical records and other healthcare software
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
Skills and Competencies:
* Excellent professional verbal/non-verbal and written communication skills
- Expertise in product/service knowledge
- Responsive and attentive in the execution of client/vendor needs and concerns
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Customer service driven with time management and multitasking skills
- Representatives are efficient and able to multi-task with constant interruptions while providing excellent customer service and accurate quality work
