Key Responsibilities
* Business Strategy: Collaborate with the Head of Customer Experience to develop and implement business strategies that drive sales growth, customer satisfaction, and brand awareness.
- Client Experience: Ensure that all customers receive a top-notch customer experience, addressing and resolving any concerns related to vehicle quality and readiness.
- Team Development: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of customer support specialists, providing ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Brand Standards: Maintain brand standards through office maintenance, display area show, and cost control, ensuring consistency with arenaflex's brand guidelines and policies.
- Social Media Engagement: Develop and implement social media strategies that drive engagement, increase brand awareness, and foster a positive brand image.
- Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, sales growth, and social media engagement, to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
* Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- Experience: 4-year certification or 2+ years of relevant experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Leadership: Self-motivated, results-driven, and customer-centric leader with outstanding management skills, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong focus on building relationships and resolving conflicts.
