Job Summary

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll be part of a dynamic team that provides compassionate, timely, and effective solutions to our customers via live chat. You'll interact with customers through our secure chat system to resolve issues related to prescriptions, benefits, billing, accounts, and general product support. This non-phone role is perfect for individuals who prefer written communication, enjoy problem-solving, and want to work from home.

Responsibilities

As a Chat Support Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing real-time support to customers via our chat platform
  • Answering inquiries about prescriptions, benefits, store services, and more
  • Resolving customer complaints with patience and professionalism
  • Escalating issues to appropriate departments as needed
  • Maintaining HIPAA and arenaflex policies during all communications
  • Logging interactions clearly and following up where necessary
  • Achieving daily productivity and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Possess excellent written communication and typing skills (40+ WPM)
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced, multitasking environment
  • Have reliable internet and a quiet, professional home workspace
  • Not require prior healthcare experience (training is included)
  • Have basic computer proficiency and the ability to navigate web-based platforms
