Responsibilities

As a Junior Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate information to ensure a positive experience for our users.
• Resolving customer issues and complaints effectively and efficiently, using your problem-solving skills and knowledge of arenaflex's products and services.
• Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any outstanding issues.
• Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, using our CRM system to track and analyze customer feedback.
• Collaborating with other teams, such as Operations and Product, to resolve complex issues and improve our services.
• Identifying and reporting trends and patterns in customer inquiries, providing valuable insights to inform our customer service processes.
• Contributing to the improvement of customer service processes, working closely with our Customer Service Manager to implement changes and enhancements.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency in using computers and relevant software, including our CRM system and other tools.
• Experience with customer service is a plus, but not required. We're happy to train the right candidate!
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus, but not required.
