Job Summary

As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will serve as the initial point of contact between businesses and our company. You will be responsible for managing customers' questions about telecommunication services, managing their accounts, and processing orders for them. You will also learn key skills in customer service, including conflict resolution, de-escalation, and sales, to help you be successful in this role.

Responsibilities

As an Entry Level Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with business owners and customers and responding promptly to all questions they have regarding the presentation of our services
  • Assisting customers with analyzing available products, including wireless and internet, making recommendations tailored to their needs, and placing their service order
  • Learning the ins and outs of all product knowledge to increase sales for the company
  • Handling all customer service inquiries, including regarding pricing, service issues, billing policies, and technical support, with patience and empathy
  • Ensuring customers receive the most accurate and relevant information
  • Maintaining professionalism when handling all sensitive customer information to ensure all transactions meet legal privacy requirements

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in customer service, preferred
  • Patient, empathetic individuals able to solve problems quickly and effectively
  • Prior experience managing accounts, working in an entry-level role, or business experience is also a plus
  • Highly organized, able to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Flexible schedule, able to work evenings and/or weekends as needed

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:

  • Salary: $48,293.00 - $52,799.00 per year
