Key Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Basic typing speed of 25 words per minute or more
• Familiarity with online tools such as Zoom, Google Forms, or Microsoft Word
• Comfortable with technology and willing to learn new tools and platforms
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with participants and stakeholders
