As an Associate Client Support Consultant, you'll work in a hybrid setting, with a mix of in-office and remote work, to provide exceptional customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing support to clients who have between 1-49 employees, including troubleshooting and resolving payroll issues, providing training and support, and partnering with multiple business units and teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
- Continuously upgrading your knowledge and skills on payroll, including federal and state compliance, standard operating procedures, administrative practices, other products, and desktop support tools to develop and maintain your ability to support our clients.
- Adhering to a daily schedule and organizing yourself to deal with a high volume of inbound calls, with daily phone time increasing during peak seasons.
- Collaborating with other teams and business units to resolve client issues and deliver a seamless client experience.

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or as an HR/HRIS practitioner with systems experience.
- The ability to work overtime hours during peak seasons.
- A college degree is great, but not required. What's more important is having the skills to do the job.
- Experience noted above, or military experience where skills including teamwork, adaptability, organization, and follow-through will help you build team and client relationships, identify solutions, and achieve success.
- Fluency in both English and Spanish is a plus.

- Getting paid to pay it forward. Company-paid time off for volunteering for causes you care about.
