What You'll Be Doing
- Logging into Tawk AI and Apollo to access and edit the back-end chat system
- Reviewing past customer chats and AI responses to identify areas for improvement
- Improving weak responses by rewriting, expanding, or clarifying as needed
- Adding new answers for unaddressed topics
- Uploading forms and documents that customers need during specific inquiries
- Focusing on step-by-step, process-based responses
- Updating content related to recent policies
- Using the Tawk AI improvement dashboard to track progress and identify areas for improvement
- Communicating with managers daily in Asana to confirm updates and align priorities
Ideal Candidate
We're looking for a talented individual who possesses:
- Excellent written English
- Experience with chat platforms like Tawk.to, Apollo, Intercom, Zendesk, or others
- Familiarity with editing chatbot content and uploading documents/forms
- Fast learning skills and confidence using SaaS tools or dashboards
- Strong communication and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently but stay highly responsive throughout the day
- Previous success working remotely in a U.S.-based role
Schedule
As a Virtual Assistant, you'll work a standard Monday-to-Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Mountain Time. We're looking for someone who can commit to this schedule and be available to work during these hours.
