Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Social Media Customer Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, TX. As a key member of our customer support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support on our social media channels. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, respond to comments and messages, and develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities and Obligations

* Provide exceptional customer service and support on our social media channels, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction, including creating and sharing engaging content, running social media contests, and collaborating with other teams to drive customer acquisition and retention
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve customer complaints and issues, providing solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement, making recommendations to improve customer experience and satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media customer support, sharing knowledge and expertise with the team to drive continuous improvement
  • Work closely with our marketing and communications teams to develop and implement social media campaigns and promotions
  • Participate in training and development programs to improve skills and knowledge in social media customer support and engagement

Essential Qualifications and Experience

* 3+ years of experience in social media customer support or a related field

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing, communications, or business
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and support on social media channels
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • Experience with social media analytics tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications and Experience

* Experience with social media management tools, such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social

  • Knowledge of social media advertising and promotional strategies
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex products and services, including our social media platforms and customer support channels
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting, including creating and sharing reports and dashboards
  • Strong knowledge of arenaflex policies and procedures, including our customer support and engagement guidelines
