What will you be doing?
As a Customer Service Group Lead, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries: Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, or chat, providing accurate product or service information and addressing any questions or concerns.
- Resolving escalated customer complaints: Resolve escalated customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner, demonstrating empathy and professionalism.
