Responsibilities

As a Shopify Data Entry & Order Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Managing product listings on the Shopify platform, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
• Processing customer orders promptly and accurately, including handling returns and exchanges as needed.
• Updating inventory levels regularly to reflect current stock and avoid overselling.
• Light customer service duties to resolve any order-related inquiries in a timely manner.
• Adhering to data entry standards to maintain accuracy and consistency across all Shopify records.
• Assisting in the implementation of best practices for data management and order processing workflow.
• Collaborating with our fulfillment team to ensure a seamless experience for our customers from order placement to fulfillment.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Proven experience with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and order processing.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace, especially Excel/Sheets for data management.
