The Role:
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be the trusted voice for our customers, guiding them through their questions and concerns with empathy, expertise, and a passion for problem-solving. Your primary responsibility will be to provide world-class service to our customers, resolving issues, answering questions, and making a real difference in their day. This is an inbound-only role, which means you'll never be asked to make cold calls or push sales. You'll have the freedom to focus on delivering exceptional service and building strong relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assisting customers with service-related questions, billing inquiries, and resolving power outage issues
* Providing exceptional, friendly support over the phone, with a focus on resolving issues quickly and efficiently
* Collaborating with your teammates to ensure every customer gets the help they need

Education and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 2 years of experience in customer service, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and resolving complex issues
* A high school diploma or GED, and authorization to work in the United States
* Previous experience in positions such as customer service representative, call center representative, or similar roles
* A stable work history, with a proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Flexibility to work occasional mandatory overtime, especially during outages
