Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Scientist, you will be responsible for:

• Data Source Identification: Identify and extract relevant data from various sources, including external assets, to support business initiatives. Perform preliminary data quality tests and review deliverables from junior team members.
• Problem Formulation: Analyze business problems, challenge assumptions, and develop solutions that drive business growth. Set data analytics, machine learning, and automation goals, and outline key metrics to measure progress and effectiveness.
• Analytical Modeling: Develop and deploy machine learning models using various techniques, including deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision. Conduct exploratory data analysis, identify patterns, and create data visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.
• Model Deployment & Scaling: Work with MLOps to deploy models in production, track performance, and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain code documentation, playbooks, and provide timely updates on project progress.
• Applied Business Acumen: Evaluate business cases, influence stakeholder decision-making, and translate business needs into data-driven solutions. Build and articulate business cases, challenge assumptions, and drive the execution of deliverables.
• Data Visualization and Storytelling: Develop compelling stories and visualizations to communicate complex data insights to diverse audiences. Identify and recommend the most effective visualization tools, generate graphical representations of data, and define utility layouts based on customer needs.

What You'll Bring

* Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• 4+ years of experience in an analytics-related field, with a strong background in data science, machine learning, and cloud application development.
• Deep knowledge of machine learning, statistics, and data science, with expertise in programming languages such as Python, R, or SQL.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, product managers, and application developers.
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, or D3.js.
• Ability to translate complex algorithm evaluations into simple, actionable insights.
