Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Full Stack Customer Service Representative. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a seamless and pleasant experience. You'll be responsible for assisting customers with inquiries related to flight reservations, baggage concerns, and general airline policies. Your primary goal will be to provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with flight bookings, changes, and cancellations
  • Providing accurate information regarding company policies, itineraries, and baggage procedures
