Key Responsibilities
As an Experienced Sales Leader at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Directing the region's sales activities to meet annual growth and revenue objectives
- Leading and managing the Region Clinical Manager, collaborating with them on the direction and development of the region clinical consultant team members
- Directing sales performance in specified regions to ensure achievement of sales goals
- Identifying, hiring, retaining, and developing talent through proactive performance management
- Developing strategies for launching new accounts and increasing penetration in existing accounts
- Establishing effective communications with executives and managers across the company to ensure sensitivity to sales needs
- Leading difficult sales negotiations, particularly with larger prospects
- Collaborating with cross-functional departments within the organization to support regional growth
Essential Qualifications
