Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist to join our team and contribute to our mission of delivering exceptional IT and Business Services. As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for inputting, updating, and maintaining information in databases with precision and efficiency. You'll work in a flexible work environment, with the opportunity to learn and grow with our company.

Key Responsibilities

* Input, update, and maintain information in databases with precision and efficiency

• Monitor WAN links for stability and troubleshoot issues as needed
• Monitor routers, switches, and other network devices to ensure optimal performance
• Provision IP addresses, LAN/VLAN, and other network configurations as needed
• Alert and log monitoring to ensure prompt issue resolution
• Preventative health checks to identify and resolve potential issues before they become major problems
• Incident management to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues
• Reporting to provide insights and recommendations for process improvements
• Administer security and IAM to ensure the integrity and security of our systems

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or GED

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (U.S. Citizen or Green Card holder). No sponsorship available.
• Passion for technology and strong desire to learn technical skills
• Great communication skills, experience working directly with customers and clients
• Ability to thrive in a remote learning environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Associate's degree or higher in a related field

• Experience with Windows/Unix/Linux, Active Directory, Powershell, Bash, Developer Tools, Wireshark, ServiceNow, Network Appliances, Load Balancers, Routers/Switches, Middleware, logs/alerts, Networks, firewalls, ACL, load balancers, Network Monitoring Systems, Network Diagnostic Commands, Incident management tools, and ITSL Processes & Tools
• Experience with data entry and database management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

* Strong typing skills (at least 40 wpm)

• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies and processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
