Job Summary

As a Remote Facebook Chat Assistant, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing top-notch customer service and support to our clients through Facebook Messenger. You'll be responsible for engaging with customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a warm and friendly manner. Key Responsibilities

* Engage and assist customers via Facebook Messenger in a warm, friendly, and professional manner

  • Keep up-to-date with arenaflex's products and services to provide accurate assistance

Skills & Qualifications

* Exceptional communication skills (written English)

  • Previous experience in customer service or online chat support is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Familiarity with social media, especially Facebook
  • Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or smartphone
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
