Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Virtual Assistant at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing Support: Addressing customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in a timely, professional, and helpful manner. You'll be the first point of contact for our members, and your goal will be to resolve their issues and exceed their expectations.
  • Problem-Solving: Troubleshooting technical issues, managing subscription inquiries, and assisting with account-related questions. You'll need to be able to think critically and come up with creative solutions to complex problems.
  • Customer Engagement: Ensuring an exceptional user experience by providing solutions that meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. You'll be responsible for gathering feedback and insights to help improve our services.
  • Feedback Collection: Gathering customer feedback and sharing insights to help improve services. You'll be an integral part of our feedback loop, helping us to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Documentation: Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues. You'll need to be organized and detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high-quality records.

Requirements

* Experience: Previous experience in customer service or support roles is preferred, but not mandatory. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and have a strong desire to learn and grow.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. You'll need to be able to communicate effectively with our members, both in writing and over the phone.
