The Role
As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through various channels, including phone, email, and online chat. You'll be the voice of our brand, guiding customers through the ordering process and resolving any issues that may arise. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping customers navigate our products and services, ensuring that they have a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to presale inquiries by phone, email, and online chat regarding fit, fashion trends/styles, product availability, and specials
- Guide customers through the ordering procedure online
- Address and resolve post-order inquiries regarding delivery, billing, and shipping
- Utilize a range of software tools to address client inquiries
- Assist customers with both domestic and international concerns by working with outside shipping contractors
Essential Qualifications
* Previous experience in customer service, preferably in a call center or retail environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in using software tools and technology
- Ability to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays
