Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

• Utilize critical thinking and problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide follow-up as needed
• Stay up-to-date on product and service information, as well as industry trends and developments
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required

• 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse clients and colleagues
• Proficient in computer software navigation and dual screens
• Pharmacy or healthcare call-center experience is a pre-requisite
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer issues and develop effective solutions
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

* Bi-lingual for Hmong, Spanish, Mien

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as MS Outlook or data entry software
• Ability to handle complex calls and provide exceptional service in high-pressure situations
