Work From Home Opportunity
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you'll have the flexibility to work from home, while still being an integral part of our team. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service to guests from around the world, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Handle incoming contacts for a variety of arenaflex brands, assisting customers with their booking needs or questions through preferred channels, including voice, email, and chat
- Process reservation requests and support basic loyalty and customer care requests
- Identify guest reservation needs and follow sales techniques to maximize revenue
- Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for special booking rules and requests, loyalty guidelines, and case management
- Provide customer support through assistance and guidance in issue resolution, and open communication with arenaflex properties, related company contacts, and third parties
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- No related work experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
- Proficiency in using technology, including computer software and communication tools
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous customer service experience in a call center or hospitality environment
- Knowledge of arenaflex brands and services
- Certification in customer service or a related field
