We're seeking an experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative to join our team, providing top-notch support to our guests and vendors. As a key member of our virtual team, you'll be responsible for managing guest relations, resolving issues, and ensuring seamless communication across various platforms. Key Responsibilities:
* Guest Relations:
+ Experience with Guesty and/or Operto Teams is a plus
+ Ability to leverage AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and travelers
+ MUST have deep familiarity leveraging ChatGPT
+ Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors
+ Screen potential guests and provide support for guests/resolving guest issues in Airbnb, VRBO, or Marriott
+ Respond to guest inquiries and communicate/escalate issues to management via Slack
+ Achieve 5-star ratings and Superhost Status
+ Write and respond to guest reviews on Airbnb, VRBO, or other platforms
* Company Tasks:
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations via Operto Teams
+ Report and submit damage claims to Guesty Shield for reimbursement
+ Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor
+ Working knowledge of business financials/accounting to assist with the onboarding of accounting systems
+ Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications:
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Experience with Guesty and/or Operto Teams is a plus
* Familiarity with AI-powered guest messaging and ChatGPT
* Ability to work in a virtual environment with minimal supervision
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with 3rd party vendor relations and tertiary market management
* Working knowledge of business financials/accounting
* Experience with accounting systems and onboarding processes
* Familiarity with VoiP and phone communication
