Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Teleworking Remote Data Entry Specialist – Fleet Engineering Support to join our team. As a key member of our Fleet Engineering Team, you'll provide critical support to our engineering operations, ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft. This is a unique opportunity to work on challenging projects, develop your skills, and advance your career in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Engineering Support: Provide technical support to our engineering operations, including troubleshooting and resolving operational issues on transport category aircraft.

• Project Management: Develop and implement action plans for fleet/multi-fleet and/or component engineering projects, ensuring effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions.
• Documentation: Prepare Engineering documents to implement technical dispositions, including customized procedures for repairs, modifications, inspections, or other actions.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with other airline departments to provide for effective and efficient implementation of engineering dispositions.
• Communication: Respond to requests from Maintenance and other airline departments when technical assistance is required to support projects or resolve problems.

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering, computer science, or a related field.

• Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in a related field, preferably in a technical support or engineering role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in relevant software applications, including Microsoft Office and engineering-specific tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's Degree: A master's degree in a relevant field, such as engineering or a related field.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as a Professional Engineer (PE) license or a Certified Engineering Technician (CET) certification.
• Experience with Arenaflex Systems: Experience with arenaflex systems and processes, including our engineering software and documentation tools.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English and a second language.
