Key Responsibilities
As a Home Data Entry Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Conducting thorough studies and analysis of eligibility records to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Resolving problems and discrepancies in shared mailboxes and work queues, collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions
- Discovering and resolving errors in multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, and monitoring records
- Collaborating with various departments to create effective solutions to resolve problems
- Utilizing Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project) to perform tasks efficiently
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Experience in records studies and analysis
- Healthcare industry experience
- Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
- Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
- 1-2 years of associated experience
